Trichology
Trichocare Education now offers a new Distance Learning Course in Trichology the science of hair. This helps make the discipline more widely available to those in the hair and beauty industry.
The new programme can be carried out by home study and postal examinations with viva voce examinations taken at suitable Centres of Excellence in the UK. There are clinical observations and treatment protocols (28 hours in total) that have to be completed at a leading FE College.
The registered Trichology distance learning Course comprises twelve modules, each module having four weekly study periods. Please see our Press Release 2011 for updated details. The course duration is dependent on the time committed to the project - allow between 9 and 12 months to complete this registered Trichology course. There are strict guidelines for practice and clinical ethics once registered with Trichocare Education.
